I agree that East West Novelty Inc. liability, if any, for damages (including, without limitation, liability arising from physical harm caused by any ingestible products, liability arising out of contract, negligence, strict liability, tort, shall not exceed the cost of the product which I purchased from East West Novelty Inc.

I herein agree to without limitation indemnify and hold harmless East West Novelty Inc. and all other parties involved including but not limited their owners, officers, affiliates, associates, & employees for any and all damages incurred as result of ingestion of this product. These parties shall not be liable under any theory whatsoever.
8. In no event shall East West Novelty Inc. be liable under any damages other than the amount paid by me for product. any and all other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, are hereby excluded.
